| British Birds Bird Photograph of the Year 2009 August 2009 |
| I was thrilled to find out that I had won the 2009 British Birds Magazine Bird Photograph of the Year competition, with the image below - a couple of sparring Glaucous Gulls, taken in Dingle Harbour, Co. Kerry in February 2008. This is the first time I've entered such a competition, so was obviously delighted when I found out the result! Congratulations to all the other shortlisted photographers. |
